Welcome to Sprout & Spade Home Services, a property maintenance brand owned and operated by Stone Wall Enterprise LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your use of our services, including scheduling, communication, and updates delivered via SMS, email, phone calls, and website interactions.

1. Services Provided

Sprout & Spade Home Services offers residential and commercial lawn care and property maintenance services, including but not limited to mowing, edging, trimming, fertilization, and seasonal yard cleanups.

2. Appointments & Communication

By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive service updates, appointment reminders, and promotional messages via SMS and/or email. Standard messaging rates may apply.

You can opt out of promotional SMS communications at any time by replying "STOP." To resume, reply "START."

3. Payments

All service payments must be made on time via the agreed-upon method (cash, card, invoice, etc.). A late fee may apply to unpaid balances. Retainer or subscription-based clients agree to monthly billing as outlined in their service plan.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Missed or late-notice appointments may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Service Guarantee

We take pride in delivering high-quality service. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of your service and we will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.

6. Limitation of Liability

Stone Wall Enterprise LLC is not liable for incidental damages, property damage due to preexisting conditions, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather-related delays).
